2009: DHMC Public Art Project Plan: Winner of a grant in collaboration with Terry Boyle, TJ Boyle and Associates Landscape Architects to create a project plan that identifies locations throughout the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) campus, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire, for future collaborative public art projects. Grant funded by New England Foundation for the Arts.
2008: Finalist, Brattleboro, Vermont District Courthouse: Will oversee design, fabrication, and installation of aesthetic enhancements to the Family and District Courthouse in Brattleboro, Vermont as part of renovations to the building. Will engage with the community and work in partnership with the Vermont Department of Buildings & General Services, architects for the project and representatives from the Courts. Will conceptualize and identify appropriate aesthetic treatments for proposed project elements, and will be responsible for the overall design, planning, and implementation.

2008: City Center Gateway, First Public Art Project of the South Burlington, VT City Center Development, A Collaboration with Terry Boyle, TJ Boyle and Associates.
This piece incorporates Gottsegen’s paintings into a 150’ foot long, curvilinear fence and the top of a 20’ high gateway tower. The paintings, are digitally reproduced and incorporated into glass panels (produced by Pulp Studios, Los Angeles), and form a translucent screen. Gottsegen derived images of surrounding natural areas through community conversation and process. The site also includes meandering stonewalls, seating areas and plantings. The project budget is $100,000

2009

Awarded over $2,000 through Northfield Saving Bank's Community Giving Program to fund a wayside interpretive sign for the South Burlington Gateway Project.  Conceived the idea for the sign that also gives interpretive information about the threatened watershed. Contacted and worked with the Winooski Natural Resources Conservation District to develop sign content and funding plan. Sign design was granted as an in-kind donation by the Lake Champlain District Wayside Sign Program.
