New Facility

During the third quarter of 2003, Gear Works moved to a new location at 76 Pearl Street in Springfield.  Appropriately, we are in a portion of the historic Fellows Gearshaper complex. We now have more room for manufacturing, rebuilding, and GROWTH! Please scroll down and see our new home.

Gear Division
The best damn gear shop in Northern New England.  Offering the design and manufacture of gears, splines, sprockets, timing pulleys and ratchets.

Machine Division
Specializing in the precision remanufacture of gear shapers and hobbers,  Including, Fellows type - 4, 6A and 7 shapers, and Mikron fine pitch hobbers.

At Gear Works, Inc. we take great pride in the workmanship responsible for our success.  We welcome visitors to see for themselves the level of detail that goes into our products.
