Dark and mysterious as Bagheera the panther, our non-alcoholic pressé is rich, invigorating and exquisite.  Inspired by sometime Vermont local, Rudyard Kipling,  Just So Vermont will delight you.


We grow and press our Black Currants in Springfield, Vermont in a commercial kitchen installed in our barn.  We blend the juice with a hint of lime and a touch of cane sugar. 


Serve Just So Vermont solo or as a high quality mixer in your favorite chilled cocktails.
